General Position Summary

We are seeking a results driven individual for our Aurora facility who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Program Manager will be accountable for the planning, directing, and executing multiple projects while engaging the enterprise to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. . The Project Manager will utilize indirect leadership skills to continuously monitor and improve project deliverables including contractual and business objectives (project scheduling and product costs) while ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. Project Manager routinely interacts with sales, advanced design, engineering, operations, finance, and customers to achieve overall project objectives. The candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills, project management and manufacturing, construction or operations experience, and a strong technical background (experience in telecommunication structures is a plus). The candidate will be engaged as an agile member of a multi-disciplined product development team and will be responsible for the coordination of work, resource loading and project performance.

  • Drive relevant status communications, monitor progress through management reviews, escalate program issues and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction

  • Ensure new product designs are transitioned to the production team in a timely manner

Project Coordinator

General Position Summary

We seek a results driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. . The Project Coordinator works closely with Program and Project Managers (PMs) in the Program Management Office (PMO) and is accountable for the planning, directing, and executing multiple projects while engaging the enterprise to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. The Project Coordinator will continuously monitor and improve project deliverables including contractual and business objectives (project and product costs) while ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. The Project Coordinator is responsible for purchase order (PO) reviews, creating master details for new production projects, and monitoring and evaluating each step of a project to ensure on-time delivery. The Project Coordinator is also responsible for sales order/purchase order request (POR) generation, shipping and reports. The Project Coordinator receives direction from the Program Management Director and works closely with the PM as projects move into new phases within the workflow. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and able to carefully review and put together project details to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Create project schedules based on input/direction from the PM(s)
  • Review customer PO for accuracy with input/information from the PM(s) and store in relevant folders

  • Generate customer sales order requests and relevant documentation and information with input/direction from the PM(s) to support production work. This includes final accuracy verification of customer PO against customer sales order.
  • Work with PM(s) to oversee customer shipments to include creating new customer shipping requests, identifying/communicating relevant shipping information and tracking shipment progress for large production orders.
  • Support PM(s) in building and managing project folders and documentation throughout the process.

We are seeking a motivated individual for our Aurora facility who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working with multiple projects. The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for the receipt, confirmation and coordination of all procured parts. The Shipping & Receiving Associate is expected to execute receiving activities, including loading and unloading of goods, the receipt and confirmation and hand-off of receiving documentation, physical inventory, allocation of parts, and coordinating with the procurement/manufacturing team on fulfillment of manufacturing order activities. The Shipping & Receiving Associate is an essential position within the operational team contributing to the fulfillment of 4G/5G concealment poles, hybrid poles, shrouds and other concealment infrastructure required for small cell deployments and wireless technologies.

Able to deliver efficient, effective, and flexible solutions to meet production requirements. Maintains strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure supply of materials meets requirements. Decisions and results have an impact on the function and their success. The Senior Material Planner may take responsibility for ensuring materials are available for a complete section or for a more technically complex aspect of the production process. Individuals in this position may have people and budgetary responsibilities.

General Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated individual for our Aurora facility who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working with multiple projects and interdisciplinary teams. The Quality Technician inspects and tests incoming parts from supply chain companies and internally produced components/vehicles to meet the quality standards and systems required. The Quality Technician assists and supports the Quality Engineers by providing production expertise to resolve quality issues within the production operation. Ensures the product meets customer’s requirements (both internal and external) at each stage of its manufacturing process, carrying out relevant testing. Where required, takes corrective action to rectify non-conformance issues. Reports quality issues data, ensuring the Quality Management System (QMS) is adhered to at all stages. Able to pass Jaeger Near Vision Acuity Test, Color Perception (Ishihara Test), and Shades of Gray Test
